Restaurants return to Canary Wharf

A wave of new restaurants are opening in London's Docklands, reports The Times. Jamie’s Italian kicked off proceedings opening in the summer. Four other brands opened in October - and there's more to come.

The article also pulled out one of the most pertinent quotes of the year - from Frank Dowling, owner of Inc Group, the Greenwich-based pub and restaurant operator: "The people who will do well in the next three to five years are the ones who didn’t have a bunker mentality.”
