Drake & Morgan dresses up for Fashion Week
5 September, 2012
Bar and restaurant operator Drake & Morgan has teamed up with online fashion boutique SilkFred to run pop-up displays and shops at two of its venues to coincide with London Fashion Week.
The imaginative partnership—the first in a planned series of pop-ups by Drake & Morgan—will see SilkFred set up home at The Folly on Gracechurch Street and The Anthologist on Gresham Street (pictured) from 10 to 28 September. As well as displays of SilkFred’s wares, including collections from up-and-coming designers, items will be on sale costing from £30 to £300. People drinking or eating at the venues will be entitled to discounts on some items.
Jillian Maclean, managing director of Drake & Morgan, said: “We’re excited to be working with SilkFred, introducing emerging and talented designers to our guests during one of the most important months on the fashion calendar. We’ll also be collaborating with some other exciting brands throughout the winter months to provide guests with a variety of pop-up experiences.”
The pop-ups will be open at both The Folly and The Anthologist from 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm on Mondays to Fridays.
