Starbucks, Domino’s crack social media

Starbucks and Domino’s are among the country’s most sociable brands, new rankings suggest. The Social Brands 100 chart, produced by social agency Headstream, ranks Starbucks at number two, behind only drinks brand Innocent.
Mobile brand GiffGaff and charities Cancer Research UK and British Red Cross complete the top five. Starbucks rated particularly highly for its work via Foursquare. Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall operation is ranked at 44, just ahead of Domino’s at 51. Controversial group buying venture GroupOn is at 65
The Social Brands 100 measures companies by their use of social media and opinions from expert judges. Around 300 companies were originally nominated via a crowdsourcing campaign.
