Chris Muller joins Rowland and Hofma at Peach 2020

Chris Muller, who has just taken up a new job as Dean of Boston University School of Hospitality Administration, and will bring an international dimension to the agenda.

Other speakers already signed up for the 2010 panel include:Pizza Hut boss Jens Hofma; Tragus marketing director Jemima Bird; Simon Wilkinson, UK boss of the Kout Group, which runs everything from Burger King sites to Maison Blanc; Le Pain Quotidien managing director Steven Whibley; and Martin James, senior consultant at CACI, the retail market mappers.

The exclusive, invitation-only event, is for senior executives from across the eating and drinking out sectors, and will be held at the Bafta theatre, 195 Piccadilly, London, on November 18.

Robin Rowland brings a unique operator's perspective to steering the conference debate and discussion. He has already set out three questions he wants the day to address:

• How do you shift static sales?
• How do you find quality sites?
• How do you really motivate your people?

The key theme of the day will be understanding the consumer experience from brand awareness right through to delivering satisfaction and high net-promoter scores - and understanding the factors that influence them, from effective marketing to quality service to food & drink innovation.

Peter Martin will present the very latest consumer insight from Peach's own BrandTrack research.
