Chains sign up to shopping centres as Otarian opens doors

Zizzi, Fishworks and Peyton & Byrne are among brands to have signed up for sites on two new shopping projects in London: the Central Saint Giles development in the West End and One New Change in the City. They join a host of companies announcing opening and expansion plans this week, including new vegetarian concept Otarian,
Zizzi and Fishworks will take up operations in the restaurant quarter of the Central Saint Giles centre, where they will be joined by the Peyton & Byrne café-bakery, Japanese restaurant Bincho and Sofra, the Turkish concept. All have now exchanged contracts on the development except FishWorks, which is expected to complete in September.
