Rowland to be 'guest' chair at Peach 2020

18 November, 2010, Bafta, London

YO! Sushi ceo Robin Rowland will join Peach founder Peter Martin as joint chair of this year's Peach Network 2020 conference, to be held at London's Bafta Theatre on November 18.

Rowland will bring a unique operator's perspective to steering the conference debate and discussion. He has already set out three questions he wants the day to address:

  • How do you shift static sales?
  • How do you find quality sites?
  • How do you really motivate your people?

Speakers already signed up for the 2010 panel include:Pizza Hut boss Jens Hofma; Tragus marketing director Jemima Bird; Simon Wilkinson, UK boss of the Kout Group, which runs everything from Burger King sites to Maison Blanc; and Le Pain Quotidien managing director Steven Whibley.

The key theme of the day will be understanding the consumer experience from brand awareness right through to delivering satisfaction and high net-promoter scores - and understanding the factors that influence them, from effective marketing to quality service to food & drink innovation.

Peter Martin will present the very latest consumer insight from Peach's own BrandTrack research.

The exclusive, invitation-only event, is for senior executives from across the eating and drinking out sectors, and will be held at the Bafta theatre, 195 Piccadilly, London, on November 18.

Peach 2020 is run in partnership with Royal Bank of Scotland, Coca-Cola, Bacardi Brown-Forman, Ecolab and Coffer Corporate Leisure
