The National Skills Academy for Hospitality is running a bespoke, executive trip to Disney Institute HQ in Orlando this autumn. The five night trip includes a bespoke three and a half-day training course “The Leadership Shadow” – presented by Disney Institute facilitators. The course includes “drop in” sessions from senior executives at Disney plus behind-the-scenes tours at the parks - exclusively designed for the Academy.

The trip represents a superb opportunity for world-class leadership development with the unique opportunity to step into the “living laboratory” of the Disney parks.
