About Coffer Peach Business Tracker
The Coffer Peach Business Tracker is operated by Peach Factory, in association with The Coffer Group, Baker Tilly and UBS. It monitors sales trends across the UK eating and drinking-out market.
The Business Tracker collects sales data from currently 25 pub, bar and restaurant companies on both a WEEKLY and MONTHLY basis. The group accounts more than £6.4bn worth of annual turnover in the UK eating and drinking out market - providing a powerful and reliable barometer of market performance.
The WEEKLY data is only available to the participating companies, while the MONTHLY figures are published via Peach Report online and are also sent to the wider media.
Publicly available monthly data includes:
* Total year-on-year sales growth (against same month previous year) (as a %)
* Like-for-like sales growth (against same month previous year)(as a %)
Participants also receive geographical splits and analysis by outlet type, as well as food and drink splits for pubs and covers data for restaurants.
