Ceviche is to open a sister site called Ceviche Old Street at the Alexandra Trust Dining Rooms between the City and Shoreditch. Meanwhile Byron (pictured) is taking its concept to Worcester. Other brands with opening plans this week include the Draft House, Turtle Bay, Bella Italia, Loungers, Pizza Express, Paul, Harry Ramsden’s, Las Iguanas and Prezzo.

Mexican brand Wahaca has applied for a licence for a new opening for Manchester’s Corn Exchange as it continues its expansion beyond London. Other brands in another busy week of openings plans—in a year full of them—include Café Pistou, Gusto, Ego, GBK, Five Guys, Friday’s, Rosa’s, Chicago Rib Shack, Nando’s and Loungers.
